Return and Refund Policy


Our Returns policy lasts for 30 days. You can return the product without a reason in this period. If 31 or more days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us for the returning guidelines and to register your return with us: support@grandoaktree.com

Depending on where you live, it may take some time for the returned product to reach us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged products

If your order was delivered damaged or doesn't work as stated, you have to inform us in 7 days and we'll give you further instructions. We are replacing your product free of charge or refund (including shipping cost). 


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 3 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or a PayPal), within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (not applied in case of defective or wrong products).
